Venue-specific staging

Every major NYC event venue has its own sprinter drop-off and pickup logistics, and we've operated every one. At Madison Square Garden, 7th Avenue drop-off with post-event staging on 33rd Street. Models, crews, editors, and celebrities move in tight windows between shows — Spring Studios, Skylight at the Moynihan Train Hall, Brooklyn Navy Yard, Chelsea Piers, and a rotating list of private venues. We pre-position Sprinters near the core Chelsea and Midtown show locations, with dispatch actively coordinating movements in 15-minute windows. Book Fashion Week 4-6 weeks ahead; walk-in availability is near-zero.

Sporting event day-of transport

Yankees, Mets, Rangers, Knicks, Liberty, and NYCFC games all share the same problem: postgame traffic. We build a 45-60 minute buffer into ETA for postgame pickups and stage chauffeurs at pre-arranged spots near each venue so the group doesn't need to navigate postgame congestion. For groups with a business hosting responsibility (suites, hospitality), pre-event pickup coordinates at a Midtown hotel with timed arrival at the venue's VIP entrance.

Galas, charity events, and weddings in gala format

For black-tie fundraisers — the Met, the Whitney, the Public Theater, the American Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Center galas — we typically run a mix of Sprinters for guest parties and S-Class sedans for honorees and featured speakers. Chauffeurs dress to match the event's formality; the Sprinter is staged in the designated drop-off zone for the duration of the event and moves on command. Post-event, we consolidate guest return to hotels or private residences in groups, reducing the number of individual rides by 60-80% versus per-guest car service.

Convention and trade show transfers

For Javits Center conventions, we handle hotel-to-venue group shuttles for companies with multiple attendees. Typical pattern: morning pickup at the host hotel, drop at 11th Avenue, return shuttle at scheduled intervals through the day, final pickup at evening close. Yes. The U.S. Open (late August into early September) at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows is one of our annual busy windows. We dispatch sprinters from Manhattan hotels with pre-arranged drop and pickup at Gate 3, with heavy Port Authority coordination during the final weekend. Book 2-4 weeks ahead — U.S. Open pricing does not surge, but availability tightens.

What venues do you regularly service?

All major NYC venues including Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, Barclays Center, Javits Convention Center, USTA Billie Jean King Center, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Museum, the Whitney, MoMA, and every major Manhattan hotel. We know each venue's drop-off, staging, and pickup patterns — you don't need to brief us on "where the VIP entrance is."

Is there event surge pricing?

No. Our pricing is flat-rate year-round — Fashion Week, U.S. Open finals weekend, New Year's Eve, and Christmas week all cost the same as any random Tuesday. Availability tightens during peak weeks, but the price does not move.
