What we do

Mercedes Sprinter NYC operates a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-first fleet for New York group transportation. Our sprinters move 14 passengers in most builds on a single booking: covering airport transfers, corporate shuttles, wine tours, wedding guest transport, Hamptons weekends, and every special event from the U.S. Open at Flushing Meadows to the Met Gala at the Met.

Every vehicle we run is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (Executive, Jet or Limo), so one contract can cover a wedding with a 14-person guest shuttle, a second Sprinter for the wedding party, and a Limo Sprinter for the couple and immediate family. We also offer ADA / wheelchair-accessible (WAV) Sprinters across the tri-state (NY, NJ and CT).

Every chauffeur holds an active NY TLC FHV license, and every Sprinter is commercially insured.

1. Pricing confirmed at booking. Your final price is confirmed in your quote and can vary with taxes, tolls and availability. Sprinter service starts at $200/hr with a 3-hour minimum ($600), and the quote you confirm before booking is the price for your trip.
2. Chauffeurs that show up, stage early, and own the ride. Every driver is drug-tested, background-checked, and trained on our service standards. Airport pickups stage 45 minutes early. Manhattan pickups stage 30 minutes early.
3. One dispatcher per account. Corporate clients, wedding planners, and production companies work with a single named dispatcher: not a remote broker. Requests come in through the quote form, email, or Slack; answers come back in minutes.

The fleet, briefly

Our anchor vehicle is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, in three types:

• Executive Mercedes Sprinter: front-facing executive seating, standing room and a full rear luggage bay. Standard Sprinters seat up to 14–15 depending on configuration, confirmed in your quote. From $200/hour with a 3-hour minimum ($600), or from $600 for Manhattan-JFK.
• Jet Mercedes Sprinter: 9 passengers in most builds, individual captain chairs, tables and a private-jet cabin finish. Same starting $200/hour and $600 minimum.
• Limo Mercedes Sprinter: 14 passengers in most builds, perimeter lounge seating, entertainment and ambient lighting. No luggage space in the limo layout. Same starting $200/hour and $600 minimum.

When the group is bigger than one Sprinter, we run a second Sprinter on the same contract (over 14 on the Executive or Limo, over 9 on the Jet). See our full fleet page or rates for details.

Service area

Our sprinters dispatch across all five boroughs and the surrounding region:

• Manhattan: every neighborhood, with heavy pickup volume in Midtown, Hudson Yards, and the Financial District.
• Brooklyn: Heights, DUMBO, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Red Hook, and Brooklyn Navy Yard.
• Queens: LIC, Astoria, Flushing (U.S. Open), Forest Hills, and the neighborhoods surrounding LGA and JFK.
• Long Island: Nassau County, Suffolk County, the North Fork wine region, and the Hamptons (Southampton through Montauk).
• Tri-state: Westchester County, northern New Jersey, and southern Connecticut.
