How neighborhood pickups work

A Sprinter needs enough curb space to load the group, especially on narrow Manhattan blocks. Before a pickup, the chauffeur confirms a legal loading position close to the door and stages the vehicle ahead of the booked time, so the group is not left waiting on a corner while a van circles the block. In residential neighborhoods such as the Upper East Side, Brooklyn Heights or Tribeca, that often means a side street or a building’s own loading area; in business districts such as Midtown, Hudson Yards and the Financial District it usually means an avenue curb agreed in advance. Tell dispatch about doormen, loading docks, gate codes and any curb your building prefers.

For a group, the manifest matters as much as the address. Count passengers and bags together, including strollers, instrument cases and equipment, and ask for the seating diagram and usable luggage space of the assigned Sprinter. If the group is larger than one vehicle, two Sprinters run on a single contract with coordinated pickups.

Neighborhoods and the airports

Where you start changes which airport is quickest. Long Island City and the rest of western Queens sit closest to LaGuardia; Lower Manhattan and the West Side have a direct run through the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel to Newark; Brooklyn neighborhoods usually reach JFK by the Belt Parkway. Teterboro, across the George Washington Bridge, is the private aviation option for Upper Manhattan and the West Side. Drive times, terminals and pickup points for each airport are on the airports page, and published one-way starting rates are on the routes page.

Outside the city

The Hamptons are the busiest seasonal destination on the map, with Memorial Day through Labor Day the heaviest period; book 2 weeks or more ahead for summer weekends. Beyond Long Island, Sprinters serve the whole tri-state: New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, including day-trip destinations such as Hudson Valley wineries and Woodbury Common. For a tri-state neighborhood not listed above, enter the address in the quote form or call dispatch on (929) 374-2531.

Service area FAQ

Do you pick up in all five boroughs?

Yes. Sprinters pick up across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, as well as Long Island, Westchester County and the whole tri-state: New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

My neighborhood is not listed. Can I still book?

Yes. The neighborhoods on this page are the ones we serve most often, not the limit of the service area. Add your address in the quote form notes or call dispatch to confirm the pickup.

Where will a Sprinter stop on a narrow Manhattan street?

The chauffeur confirms a legal loading position near your door before the pickup and stages ahead of time. Add building notes such as a loading dock, a side entrance or a preferred curb when you book.

How early should I book a Hamptons pickup in summer?

Book 2 weeks or more ahead for summer weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day, which is the busiest period for Hamptons service. Sprinter service starts at $200/hr, with a 3-hour minimum ($600); final price confirmed in your quote for the complete Hamptons itinerary.
